PhD in Management from ISCTE-IUL, Master in Business Sciences, postgraduate in Advanced Studies in General Management, Strategy and Business Development and with a Master in Health Unit Management. Nurse specialist in Rehabilitation Nursing and with a specialist title in Sciences of nursing.
Adjunct Professor at the Instituto Politécnico da Saúde Norte and Guest Professor at the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Benguela and ISCTEC-IUL. He is an associate researcher at BRU-IUL (Business Research Unit - ISCTE). International consultant in the areas of Health Management, Administration and Economics
in EuropeAid Cooperation projects and expert of the European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training. His areas of interest are health management, health governance, public health, and health policy.
